Adding More Machines

Our coffee roasters have been designed so more machines can easily and cost effectively be added to increase capacity. 

One Table Top Commercial Roaster is designed to produce about 1 pound of roasted coffee per batch. Each roasting and cooling cycle takes about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the degree of darkness chosen. A typical retail store, using one Table Top Commercial Roaster, can produce 2 to 3 pounds of roasted coffee per hour or 20 or more pounds each day.

The modular design of our roaster allows merchants to enter the market in an incremental manner - adding roasting machines as demand increases.

This modularity allows multiple roasters to utilize the same source of natural gas or propane and to share the same exhaust fan or ventilation duct. This means that additional machines can be added with little or no incremental installation hardware.
