Warranty
Coffee Kinetics warrants Syd and Jerry’s Coffee Roaster against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the purchase date as follows:

If the product is determined to be defective, Coffee Kinetics will repair or replace the product free of charge.

If Coffee Kinetics opts to replace the unit, the customer must ship the old unit back to Coffee Kinetics at his or her expense, using the box the replacement came in. If the unit is found to be defective, Coffee Kinetics will refund the shipping cost. If the unit is not defective, it will be returned to the customer C.O.D., and the customer must cover all shipping costs.

This warranty does not cover replacement of the glass roasting chamber, the chaff screen or gaskets.

This warranty does not cover problems brought about through damage to the machine through poor installation or operator misuse.
Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Coffee Kinetics shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
